3/ Increase your awareness around barriers to changing.
You will have the awareness and ability to manage barriers to changing your behaviour. You will be able to identify your barriers and potential barriers to changing continue to work on achieving your nutrition goal.
4/ Understand how to maintain motivation whilst achieving your nutrition goal.
You will learn how to maintain/increase your motivation during your journey of working on achieving your nutrition goal. You will increase your confidence around changing your nutrition (and other) habit(s), which will help you to live the life you dreamed of.
