When people realise how life sucking dieting is, they often get emotional. People feel a range of emotions. This is when they realise that dieting is ineffective and harmful.

Some of the emotions people feel include:

  • Bad/responsible for allowing this to happen.
  • Upset that they have wasted their time and energy.
  • Relieved.
  • Hopeful.
  • Confident that non-dieting is the way to truly improve health and wellbeing.
