Starting next week!!! Monday 11th September! Updated 14th September, 2017.
I am offering a FREE 3-day ‘Kids Love Food and Their Bodies Challenge’ challenge to help you to improve your child’s relationship with food.
- Are you struggling with feeding your child?
- Are you concerned that your child isn’t eating enough vegetables?
- Do you worry about your child’s relationship with food and their body?
Then join me for the 3-day Kids Love Food and Body 3 Day Challenge and move steps closer to helping your child eat well and love their body.
In this challenge, I will help you to understand what “normal” eating is, what a positive relationship with food and body looks like, along with some signs that your child may need help in one or both of these areas.
From here, I will give you some ideas of how to improve your child’s relationship with food and provide you with a worksheet to help you to take action on the content in this challenge.
My aim is to move you steps closer to improving your child’s relationship with food. If you don’t have children or a parent that would like to improve their relationship, that’s ok, this challenge will also be useful for you.
After the challenge is complete, you will:
1/ Understand what “normal” eating and a positive relationship with food and body can look like.
This challenge day will introduce you to the idea that eating and a relationship with food and body can be easy, effortless, enjoyable and health promoting.
2/ Understand that a food and body relationship might need improving if it displays certain signs. Key areas of the food relationship will be highlighted.
Your awareness on this topic will increase. You will be able to see some of the positive things you can do today to nurture you and your child’s relationship with food (and body).
3/ Set a goal and identified some strategies to improve you and/or your child’s relationship with food.
You will develop a step-by-step action plan that leaves you feeling much clearer about what you need to do to achieve your goal. This action plan will help you to minimise the overwhelm associated with improving relationships with food (and body).
Join the challenge HERE. I hope you can join us.
