Initial Consultation

As everyone is unique, I provide nutrition services that can look different between individuals.

The initial consultation is the time to get to know you and your unique situation.

We will likely chat about things related to what and how you are expecting I will help you, your relationship with food and nutrition over the years and where it is now, beliefs around food and your body, lifestyle, health and medical history, dietary intake and patterns, exercise, goal, past history with nutrition and achieving your goal.

From here we may set a SMART goal and talk about the ways you might like to achieve it.

Review Consultation

Review consultations are used to reflect, debrief and ask questions about your progress between sessions and nutrition. We will likely chat about what worked, and what did not work and why and discuss any “aha” moments you had.  The end of the session is for refocusing, tweaking and adding to your goal and action plan to get you steps closer to achieving your goal.
